Bedales School kindly invited 4 pupils from Sheet Primary School and the pupils who attended were Lulu, Thea, Millie and Lucy Rose. There were 3 activities: painting, drawing and 3D making which we all did in a book to take home.
In the painting we did a watercolour sunset! While it was drying we scored the outline of leaves in foam dipped in paint and printed it onto our paper. After the paint dried, we used ink and a straw to blow the ink into tree shapes.
In the drawing, we created mythical hybrids with magical backgrounds to put in the book; they also had lots of pictures to get our imaginative cogs going round.
In the 3D making, we had pieces of card and cutting knives to score and cut into the paper so we could make these 3D houses/castles to stick in our own book.
After all our hard work, Bedales supplied us with lunch, which consisted of pasta, green beans, carrots, baked beans and lots of yummy fruits (watermelon, pineapple and lots of others).
We rate this visit 5 stars!
