Small Schools Cross Country event held at Froxfield Primary School

Last Friday after school, three Year 2 boys proudly represented our school at the Small Schools Cross Country event held at Froxfield Primary School. Competing against around 30 runners from other local schools, the boys showed fantastic determination, energy, and team spirit.

Jasper delivered an outstanding performance, finishing in an impressive 3rd place. Thomas also ran brilliantly, securing 10th place with a strong and steady pace throughout the race. Bay demonstrated great perseverance and resilience, crossing the finish line in 25th place and showing a wonderful attitude from start to finish.

Cross country is a challenging event that requires not only physical stamina but also mental strength, and all three boys should be extremely proud of their efforts. Taking part in such events at a young age is a fantastic achievement, and it was wonderful to see them supporting one another and representing the school so positively.

A big well done to all three runners for their commitment and enthusiasm. We are very proud of them.
