Cocking 3K run

Midhurst :  Sunday 10th May

Nine determined runners proudly represented Sheet Primary School at the Cocking 3K race in Midhurst on Sunday 10th, producing a fantastic display of teamwork, effort and resilience 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🌟

The challenging course tested every runner’s stamina and determination, but all nine pupils showed tremendous spirit from start to finish. Their hard work in training was clear to see as they tackled the hills, supported one another and crossed the finish line with smiles and well-earned pride. Events like the Cocking 3K are a brilliant way for young runners to build confidence, improve fitness and experience the excitement of competitive sport in a fun and supportive environment.

A huge part of the team’s success comes from Justin’s twice-weekly school running club, which has become an important part of promoting health and fitness at Sheet Primary School. The sessions encourage pupils of all abilities to enjoy running, improve their endurance and develop healthy habits that benefit both physical and mental wellbeing. Through regular training, games and encouragement, children learn the value of perseverance, commitment and teamwork.

The Cocking 3K was another memorable occasion for the team, and every runner should feel extremely proud of their achievement and excellent representation of the school 👏🏅   More Photos click here
