Welcome to Kestrels Class

Spring term 2026 - Welcome to Spring term 2026!

Kestrels class have so many exciting opportunities– Young voices, Petersfield music festival and so much more.

We will be linking our learning to Science this term – Living things and their habitats and the children have already begun to learn about endangered Sea Kelp and leopards in India.

We are thrilled to welcome the lovely Mrs Repp back to the Kestrels team. She will be in class supporting children with their learning and ensuring that everything runs smoothly.

PE days remain on Wednesday and Thursday and we are learning two new activities- netball (my favourite) and yoga.

The children are already enthusiastic about these. Mrs Newton will continue to teach the class on Thursday afternoons and Fridays.

I’m really looking forward to watching your children really learn how to develop their teamwork skills in class, grow in maturity and develop further friendships. Don’t’ forget, if you have any worries or concerns please feel free to contact me, either via the school office or on class dojo.
